All D Bianco lighting is made to order.
Estimated dispatch time: 4–12 weeks. (Delivery time is additional.)
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a trusted courier service, with delivery typically taking 2–7 business days, depending on location.
While we make every effort to meet estimated timeframes, D.Bianco is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including courier or logistical delays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer international shipping via DHL or equivalent courier services. Please contact us prior to ordering for a freight quote specific to your destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.
Please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. D.Bianco is not liable for fees imposed by foreign customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All D.Bianco products are custom-made to order according to your specifications.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
This policy does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or defective products.
If a product is confirmed to be defective, it may be eligible for return, repair, or replacement.
A defective product is defined as an item that:
• Fails to meet applicable safety standards, or
• Does not function as intended due to a fault in design, materials, or workmanship.
If a defect is verified, D Bianco will organise, at its discretion:
• Repair of the product or the affected component, or
• Replacement of the product or relevant part.
This does not apply to:
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or modification
• Damage caused after delivery
To initiate a defect assessment, please contact us promptly with a description of the issue and supporting photographs.
SAMPLE KITS
To assist with your selection, D Bianco offers a sample kit featuring our available finishes, allowing you to see and feel the materials before placing an order.
If you proceed with a lighting order, the sample kit may be returned in excellent condition for a credit toward your purchase (excluding postage).
If no order is placed, the sample kit may still be returned for a refund, excluding postage.
