LEAD TIMES & SHIPPING
Our lead time for made-to-order lighting is 4–16 weeks, excluding delivery time. Shipping is arranged via Australia Post or a courier service, with typical delivery taking 2–7 business days. While we do our best to meet delivery expectations, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
All shipments are fully insured by the courier in case of damage during transit.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer international shipping via trusted couriers such as DHL or similar. Please contact us for a freight quote tailored to your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Please note that any import duties or taxes imposed upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. D.Bianco is not liable for any fees charged by foreign customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All D.Bianco products are custom-made to order according to your specifications. As each piece is crafted to reflect natural materials and unique finishes, we are unable to offer returns or refunds due to change of mind or due to natural variations in metal, timber, knots, grain, or finish. These characteristics are part of what make each item distinctive.
To support your decision-making, we offer a sample kit featuring our available finishes. This allows you to see and feel the materials firsthand to ensure they align with your vision.
If you place an order with us, you may return the sample kit in excellent condition and request a credit toward your purchase (excluding postage). If no order is placed, you may still return the sample kit for a refund, excluding postage.
